And so the conniving, undaunted, classic folk hero escaped the confines of what had been imposed on him.

He religiously kept to his promises: taking his princess on a wistful dream to a faraway land only both would know, where they spoke in nothing but sugar and slept in the comforts of his sinewed power.

But with their fleet they left everything, everyone, behind. They took flight from restriction but order that came from concern.

Still, the hero broke these walls.
And it is by breaking these walls that made him that true hero.
